Shipping
Orders ship by courier within two working days of payment to any serviceable pincode in India. Delivery is free on every order. It usually takes 3–7 days depending on location. Tracking is sent by SMS to the number on the order.
Returns and refunds
Sealed, unused products can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Message us with the order number and a photo; we arrange pickup where available. Refunds go back to the original payment method through Cashfree within 5–7 working days of receiving the return. Products that arrive damaged are replaced free of charge.
Cancellations
An order can be cancelled for a full refund until it has been shipped. Message us with the order number.
Privacy
We collect only what an order needs: your name, mobile number and delivery pincode/address. Payment details are handled by Cashfree and never reach our servers. We do not sell or share your data; we use it to ship your order and to message you about it. Standard web analytics and advertising measurement may record that a visit or purchase happened.
Terms
Prices are in Indian rupees and include GST where applicable. Product images are representative; packaging may vary by batch. By ordering you agree to these policies. Disputes are subject to the courts of Agra, Uttar Pradesh.
